At CelTestPip.com, we are committed to ensuring a positive user experience. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the conditions outlined below.


1. 3-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your Pro Membership purchase, you may request a refund within 3 calendar days of the original purchase date, provided that:

  • You have used fewer than 10 practice exercises, and
  • You have attempted no more than 2 mock exams

If you exceed either of these usage thresholds, your refund request will not be eligible for approval.


2. How to Request a Refund

  • Your full name and registered email address
  • The date of purchase
  • A brief explanation for your refund request

We will review your request within 3–5 business days and notify you of the outcome.


3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • Requests made after the 3-day window
  • Accounts that have used 10 or more exercises or 3 or more mock exams
  • Dissatisfaction due to performance or exam outcomes
  • Cases of account abuse or sharing (violating our Terms of Service)

4. Duplicate or Unauthorized Payments

If you were charged multiple times or notice an unauthorized transaction, please notify us immediately. Verified duplicate or fraudulent charges will be refunded in full.


5. Chargebacks and Account Termination

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in account suspension. We encourage you to reach out so we can resolve the issue fairly.
